West Town Monona Tire is seeking a Tire & Lube Technician to join its family-owned automotive repair shop in Madison, WI.

This full-time opportunity offers $16–$24 per hour, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Perform routine automotive maintenance, including oil changes and lubrication services.

• Mount, balance, and rotate tires using proper service procedures.

• Inspect tires and perform flat tire repairs.

• Check and maintain vehicle fluid levels.

• Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs.

• Perform tire and lube services accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

• Support excellent customer service through dependable, detail-oriented work.

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on automotive service or maintenance experience.

• Experience performing oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle maintenance.

• Familiarity with tire mounting, balancing, and flat tire repair.

• Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and fluid checks.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced automotive repair environment.

• Willingness to learn new skills, participate in training, and grow professionally.
