As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for several key tasks:

• Meeting Facilitation:
  Lead discussions and present information to gather feedback from stakeholders and build consensus.
• Feedback Solicitation:
  Present findings to various groups and solicit input to ensure recommendations are accurate and supported.
• Process Analysis:
  Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current HR processes, defining the scope of necessary changes.
• Document Preparation:
  Summarize business requirements and create tailored documents to meet diverse audience needs.
• Process and Systems Solutions:
  Support the design and evaluation of solutions that improve efficiency and consistency in HR processes.

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: 8-10+ years in a similar role, with a proven track record of facilitating discussions and gathering business requirements.
• Communication Skills:
  Excellent ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the initiatives.
• Liaison Experience:
  Act as a bridge between policy, process, and technical teams to implement positive changes.
• Process Integration:
  Knowledge of integrating processes across different teams is essential.

• Experience with People Soft IT solutions is a plus.
• Previous work in a government setting is beneficial.

Note: Candidates must reside in Wisconsin, as relocation is not permitted. The role requires a minimum of one day per week in the office, typically on Wednesdays.
