Our client is seeking a Client Executive to serve as a trusted partner and primary liaison throughout the project lifecycle. This individual will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to fully understand client needs, ensure exceptional service delivery, and drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with strategic relationship management skills to deliver measurable value and long-term client satisfaction.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesSales and Business Development (40%)
- Initiate and cultivate relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify, assess, and anticipate client needs to develop tailored solutions.
- Represent the organization’s services with professionalism and integrity.
- Participate in networking events, meetings, and presentations to enhance brand visibility.
- Explore partnership opportunities and coordinate internal teams as needed to support client goals.
Strategic Development and Communication (30%)
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, ideas, and challenges.
- Develop strategies to maximize the value and impact of proposed solutions.
- Lead or support communications that build understanding and support for key initiatives.
Client Relationship Management (30%)
- Serve as the client’s advocate and guide throughout all project phases.
- Ensure consistent, transparent, and timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Proactively address challenges and coordinate resources to deliver successful outcomes.
- Measure client satisfaction and leverage insights to improve future processes and relationships.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Project Leadership.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex information into client-friendly terms.
- Demonstrated integrity, empathy, and ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Strong consultative selling and influencing skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong business acumen and technical aptitude.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and adapt to flexible schedules.
Preferred
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience working with K–12 organizations or public sector programs.
