Principal Product Manager – Remote – Full‑Time

Role OverviewThe Principal Product Manager will own product strategy, outcomes, and roadmaps for shared capabilities that enable scalability, performance, and innovation across a complex product ecosystem.
Responsibilities- Define strategy, outcomes, and roadmaps for cross‑team shared capabilities.
- Influence executives and stakeholders through data‑driven insights and clear communication.
- Collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, and functional leads to deliver valuable, viable, usable, and feasible solutions.
- Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to evolve product direction.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment and resource marshaling at senior and executive levels.
- Proven record of leading high‑stakes, technically complex product initiatives from strategy to release with measurable business outcomes.
- Systems‑thinking and architectural fluency; experience shaping shared product capabilities or frameworks.
- High autonomy and independent decision‑making; ability to navigate ambiguity and manage trade‑offs.
- Strong analytical skills; translate customer insights and usage data into clear product direction.
- Experience with modern enterprise and cloud‑based architectures, including API‑driven systems.
- Exceptional communication skills; convey complex technical concepts in clear, non‑technical language.

The minimum full‑time salary range for this position is between $119,000 – $221,000, with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive program.
