PRIMARY FUNCTIONThe Worklab Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional client and team experience within our Worklab (Showroom) environment while driving operational excellence through project coordination and leadership. This hybrid position combines hospitality, project management, and team leadership to ensure seamless execution of client engagements and internal initiatives.

Project Coordinator- Communicates/Collaborates Effectively: Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to tailor message across a variety of audiences. Strong interpersonal skills; develops and maintains positive relationships internally and externally. Strong team player.

- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years administrative, office management, or client support experience
- Ability to work overtime when necessary
- Ability to adjust schedule for events or deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong keyboard skills
- 4-year degree
- 2+ years' experience in client support role
- Commercial Furniture Industry experience
