IVO Systems, Inc. is looking for an exceptional Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This is an hourly plus uncapped commission role that works directly with our Founder/CEO.
About the Role:Full-time, in-person role based at our Capitol Square office in Madison, WI. Ideal for a recent graduate with sales experience.
Responsibilities:- Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and Linked In to educate them on our solutions
- Qualify prospects to determine fit with IVO Systems
- Set meetings with key decision makers to evaluate our solutions
- Organize and document thorough prospect notes in Hub Spot
- Learn our offerings inside and out to educate prospects on the best fit
- Support the CEO by maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency
- Perform other duties as needed to ensure smooth business operations
- You recently earned a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- You have a track record of driving results
- You’re hardworking and goal-oriented, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- You have a positive attitude and growth mindset and view challenges as learning opportunities
- You have previous sales or work experience and/or an understanding of the construction industry
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Office on the Capitol Square in Madison, WI with a flexible schedule. Local, in-office work is required unless you are an exceptional candidate with a strong reason to work remote
- Work directly with our founder, who has more than a decade of heavy civil construction experience and built the solution he wished he had

- Our primary clients are heavy civil contractors (road builders) who struggle to manage their operations and are often unaware of the software solutions available to help them.
