Business Development Manager

Due to our growth and expansion we are seeking to add a Business Development Specialist to our team.

Description:

• Develop business in assigned territory through lead generation, prospecting and networking (in-person and virtually).
• Engage new and existing clients to generate contract, contract to hire and direct hire opportunities.
• You will also be responsible for ensuring the opportunities move through the hiring process as seamlessly as possible.
• Cold calling and prospecting to generate leads.
• Onsite visits will be required.
• Utilize sales tools, Linked In and networking to generate quality leads.
• Ensure all data regarding sales activities and position information is correctly documented in our systems
• Negotiating new contracts with clients including amendments and extensions

What is required:

• Strong background in building and maintaining client relationships and/or sales experience with a focus in the Staffing or Consulting industry
• Previous experience in Staffing, IT Staffing, Technical Staffing, or related Business to Business Sales required
