Our client, profitable, fast-growing B2B SaaS company, looking for a Sales Manager to lead and scale its sales organization. This is a high-impact leadership role with a clear path to VP of Sales as the company expands into new Midwest markets and, longer term, nationally. This role is ideal for a hands‑on sales leader who enjoys coaching teams, operating with data and process discipline, and partnering directly with a technical founding team.

Compensation: 100-120k base with OTE of 200k & equity. Flexible for the right candidate. Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of Account Executives
  • Own sales execution, pipeline health, and forecasting with a data‑driven approach
  • Drive expansion into new markets, including Illinois and Minnesota
  • Refine and scale a structured, consultative sales process
  • Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on sales strategy and growth
  • Optimize and enforce CRM and sales tech usage (Hub Spot)
  • Initially support select deals to deeply understand the sales motion and build team credibility
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales leadership with experience coaching high-performing sales teams
  • Strong background in B2B consultative sales and longer sales cycles
  • Proven ability to forecast, manage pipelines, and drive accountability using data
  • Experience shaping or executing go-to-market strategy
  • Comfortable leading distributed teams and scaling process
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and CRM tools (Hub Spot preferred)
  • Experience in K-12, energy, or Commercial/Industrial markets is a plus
