- Develop and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on client needs and market trends
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather insights and deliver high-quality features
- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to inform strategic decision-making
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage is essential
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
- Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
