What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Establish and maintain a compelling product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer's strategic goals
  • Develop and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on client needs and market trends
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather insights and deliver high-quality features
  • Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to inform strategic decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage is essential
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
  • Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
  • Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
