Compliance Specialist, Business

A growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join a developing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a heavily regulated industry or compliance-focused role who enjoys interpreting regulations, maintaining accuracy, and improving processes. Industry-specific experience is not required, as training will be provided.

• Review documentation and verify compliance with applicable regulations and requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and audit documentation.
• Identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and support corrective actions.
• Interpret policies and regulations and communicate requirements to internal teams.
• Help develop and improve procedures, controls, and compliance processes.
• Provide guidance and training to team members as you develop subject matter expertise.

• Experience in compliance, auditing, quality assurance, risk management, or another highly regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to interpret policies, regulations, and technical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability and openness to change, process improvement, and new ways of working.
• Experience with compliance software or reporting systems is a plus.
