Join Haz Tek as a Safety Manager near Pleasant Prairie, WI
! You ll support specific project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and enhance a culture of safety.

• Oversee all aspects of the commercial construction project within the pharmaceutical facility ensuring OSHA compliance
• Conduct daily safety meetings
• Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
• Daily safety audits and inspections
• Oversee all subcontractors and contractors
• Write job hazard analysis (JHA) and health & safety plans (HASP)

• Minimum 7+ years direct construction safety experience required
• Active BCSP certification required (CHST and CSP highly preferred)
• Degree in a safety related field is a plus
• OSHA 500 and OSHA 510 is a plus
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical safety protocols
• Advance knowledge of construction safety standards
• Great verbal and written communication
• Ability to coach and mentor in all facets of the construction safety process
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
