We are seeking an Assistant Project Superintendent to lead construction of multi‑family housing projects including mid‑rise and garden‑style apartments, affordable housing, senior living, student housing, and hospitality projects. Successful delivery requires working with project teams in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• • Coordinate the efforts of multiple trades and conduct project inspections.
• • Maintain daily reports and oversee work schedule.
• • Manage project schedule, notify Superintendents, and coordinate progress with city officials.
• • Conduct inventory reviews and oversee completion of all project disciplines.

Requirements

• • 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent, preferably in multi‑family or hospitality construction.
• • College education.
• • Knowledge of construction methods, equipment, safety, and local market.
• • Strong management skills, ability to work productively and foster client relationships.
• • Strong oral and written communication skills.
• • Proficiency with software such as Procore, Timberline,Bluebeam,CMiC,Plan Grid,Textura,Field
