The Field Engineer is a position aligned with the Project Superintendent career path. Field Engineers work hands‑on in the field to learn SCC’s self‑performed trades of concrete and carpentry. After mastering these trades, the Field Engineer gains more responsibility on the jobsite by assisting the Project Superintendent with coordination of materials, deliveries, equipment, paperwork, manpower, and overall onsite project operations.
Requirements- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil or Construction Engineering, or a related degree.
- Ability to read and understand construction‑specific project documents.
- Field experience within the construction trades.
- Knowledge of construction safety.
