A Design-Build General Contractor headquartered in Madison, WI is hiring a motivated Superintendent to oversee construction sites, coordinate subcontractors, perform quality control and safety checks, and provide on‑site direction.

Construction Superintendent – Madison, WI

Salary $100,000 - $140,000 per year

• Oversee and coordinate all activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors and perform quality control and safety checks.
• Provide on‑site direction when preparing construction sites.

• 5+ years Construction Superintendent experience
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams on‑site
• Proficient with Procore
• OSHA 30‑Hour certification
• Technically literate individual
• Motivated and team player
