Location: Madison, WI | Projects throughout Dane County

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000/year (based on experience)

We’re a Madison-based construction company with a strong reputation and steady pipeline of commercial and multi-family work throughout Southern Wisconsin. We're currently hiring Superintendent positions:

You’ll lead renovation and ground-up projects in the commercial, education, science/tech, pharma, and light healthcare sectors. Most of our work is metal-framed, with demanding schedules and high-quality expectations.

Ideal Experience:

• 5+ years leading commercial or institutional construction projects
• Strong background with steel framing, labs, tech, or education facilities
• Comfortable managing fast-paced jobs with tight tolerances
• Skilled in coordinating subcontractors, inspections, and safety protocols

You’ll oversee the construction of garden-style, market-rate apartments across Dane County. These are ground-up projects focused on quality, livability, and efficient build timelines.

Ideal Experience:

• 5+ years of multi-family construction (market-rate or affordable)
• Experience with wood frame, slab-on-grade, and site coordination
• Excellent field leadership and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of local codes and scheduling tools
