They are on the search for someone who still wants to grow with a firm. You will use your expertise to secure work with current and new clients. The company has been in business over 100 years with a very strong pipeline of commercial work.
They are looking to expand their construction team as part of their growth plan by hiring a Safety Specialist to take on some key responsibilities.

- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in site safety management, incident investigation, and quality management.
- Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Proficient in using safety inspection tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence others.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
