Senior Superintendent
Ideal Builders is one of Madison's top commercial construction firms working to build best-in-class projects while building partnerships and relationships throughout our community.
We are excited to add an additional Senior Superintendent to our team! The ideal candidate will be able to run ground-up projects independently with their Project Manager, run multiple projects simultaneously, and self-perform a portion of the carpentry work. Our Superintendents are members of Carpenters Local Union 314.
We Are Looking For- Positive attitude
- Previous experience as a working Superintendent managing projects of various sizes
- Ability to plan ahead effectively using three- and six-week look aheads
- High-level communication skills
- Creative thinking
- Standard superintendent duties
- Experience in self-performing all scopes of carpentry and concrete
