CBRE, in partnership with Meta's America’s Workforce Academy, offers a Construction Ready Trainee program that pays you to learn on real sites. No construction experience is required, and you’ll train to build America’s AI infrastructure while starting a full-time career.
During the four-week, full-time training you’ll earn $25 per hour. Local participants commute daily, and eligible non-locals receive company-paid travel, lodging, and meals for training.
