As an Entry Level Event Coordinator, you will assist in the planning, organization, and execution of a wide variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
• Create and maintain detailed event timelines and checklists
• Support marketing efforts to promote events through social media and other channels
• Assist with on‑site event management to ensure smooth operations

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive and self‑motivated attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
