You’ll review and prepare proofs, check for consistency and accuracy, ensure customer specifications are met, and collaborate with project managers to provide creative and technical solutions. You’ll also learn to balance productivity and quality while working with industry professionals who will help guide your growth.

• Must be seeking a bachelor’s degree in a related field, having completed junior year by the beginning of the internship.
• Proficient in MS‑Word, MS‑Excel, Acrobat, Outlook, and Windows operating systems.
• Proficient in graphic/photo editing software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Experience managing multiple projects, while making quick decisions through troubleshooting.

• Apply Classroom Theory – Use your design and publishing coursework in a professional, customer‑focused setting.
• Skill Development – Build technical expertise in desktop publishing, quality assurance, and production workflows.
• Personal Development – Strengthen communication, problem‑solving, and professional collaboration skills.

• Must live in the Madison, WI area and provide your own transportation.
