We are seeking polished and reliable Event Staff to support the execution of corporate, brand, and private events across Madison. This role plays a key part in ensuring that each event runs efficiently, guests receive exceptional service, and the event atmosphere reflects the high standards of Catch Vibe Voice. Candidates should be organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where every detail matters.

• Assist with event setup, staging, guest flow, registration, and overall on-site operations
• Provide professional and attentive support to guests, vendors, and internal teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient event environment at all times
• Follow event schedules, operational guidelines, and brand standards
• Support tear-down and post-event organization as needed
• Communicate effectively with the event manager to ensure smooth execution
• Uphold a polished, professional presence that represents Catch Vibe Voice
