Overview

Chats Cloud Cover is seeking detail-oriented and enthusiastic Event Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring the smooth execution of corporate and private events. You will support event planning, logistics coordination, and on-site management to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences for clients and guests.

• Assist with event setup, registration, guest coordination, and logistics.
• Ensure all event materials, equipment, and spaces are prepared according to specifications.
• Provide exceptional on-site support and customer service throughout the event.
• Collaborate closely with the event management team to anticipate and address client needs.
• Oversee event breakdown, ensuring spaces are restored to proper condition.
• Maintain clear communication with vendors, attendees, and internal staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, customer service, or hospitality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends.
