Peak Time Teller – Spanish Bilingual (Junction Road Branch)

UW Credit Union is hiring a part‑time Spanish‑bilingual Peak‑Time Teller to serve members at the Junction Road branch. Strong customer‑service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential.

$20.50 per hour – $20.50 per hour

• $1.25 per hour Spanish‑bilingual premium

• Provide front‑facing member service at the Junction Road branch
• Achieve balanced scorecard results in alignment with Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy
• Maintain a high degree of knowledge in all UW Credit Union products and services
• Process all member requests accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to UW Credit Union’s Cash Management policies and procedures
• Research teller transactions when potential errors are identified and communicate with affected members
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through rapport, uncovering needs, making recommendations, and submitting referrals
• Consistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectations

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Demonstrated ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Excellent interpersonal and professional skills
• Team player who can confidently jump in where and when needed
• Ability to work in an autonomous environment
