Salary:
Minimum $20.50 per hour

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday 2:15 pm – 6:15 pm (plus Thursday 9 am‑1 pm);
Saturdays per quarter 8:30 am – 1:30 pm

We are looking for a part‑time Peak‑Time Teller to serve our members at the Fish Hatchery branch. As a teller, you will be the face of the branch, performing a variety of transactions accurately and enthusiastically.

• Provide front‑facing member service at the Fish Hatchery branch.
• Achieve balanced scorecard results aligned with the Member for Life Sales & Service Philosophy.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of all UW Credit Union products and services.
• Process all member requests accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to UW Credit Union’s Cash Management policies and procedures.
• Identify and investigate potential teller transaction errors and communicate with affected members.
• Build rapport, uncover member needs, make recommendations, and submit referrals to deepen member relationships.
• Consistently seek opportunities to exceed member expectations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Team player who can confidently jump in when needed.
