Customer Service Representative (CSR)About the Role
Ace Handyman Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Madison, WI office. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll be the voice of Ace Handyman Services — answering inquiries, scheduling projects, and ensuring every customer has a smooth, positive experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule appointments and manage work orders using our service system
Assist customers with service questions, estimates, and follow-up communication
Resolve customer issues efficiently and
** escalate when needed**
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Collaborate with field technicians to ensure excellent service delivery
Must-Have QualificationsPrevious customer service or administrative experience (1+ years preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn scheduling software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented demeanor
Nice-to-Have QualificationsExperience in scheduling, dispatching, or a service-related industry
Knowledge of home improvement, handyman services, or trades industry
