• Provide high-quality dental care to patients.
• Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
• Review treatment plans with patients and obtain informed consent for treatments/services.
• Deliver quality dental care to every patient.
• Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, including the state dental board rules, HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
• Maintain a positive work environment and professional demeanor.

• Average earning potential $250,000-$450,000 (varies by location and experience).
• Daily minimum guarantee of $800-$1,000.
• 30-35% of production paid on all services including X-rays (plus location-based premiums).
