About the OpportunityA thriving dental practice in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced providers who want to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a collaborative, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and Treat Oral
Conditions:
Examine teeth and gums for cavities, diseases, and other concerns, developing personalized treatment plans for each patient. - Perform Comprehensive Procedures:
Deliver restorative and surgical care, including fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, veneers, root canals, and prosthodontic appliances. - Promote Preventive Care:
Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and diet habits to maintain lifelong oral health. - Interpret Diagnostics:
Evaluate X-rays and other imaging tools to detect issues in teeth, jaw, and surrounding tissues. - Ensure Patient Comfort:
Administer local anesthesia and manage pain effectively during procedures. - Prescribe Medications:
Write prescriptions for antibiotics and other dental‑related medications as needed. - Refer to Specialists:
Collaborate and refer patients to specialists (orthodontists, oral surgeons, etc.) when appropriate. - Maintain Accurate Records:
Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with industry and regulatory standards. - Stay Current:
Continue professional education to stay up to date on the latest dental techniques and technology.
