$20.00–$28.00 per hour plus monthly bonuses.

As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will support our orthodontist and assist in chair‑side procedures. Your duties include preparing patients, sterilizing instruments, taking digital radiographs, and assisting with laboratory procedures.

• Prepare patients for orthodontic treatments (cleaning teeth, taking X‑rays, making impressions)
• Examine patient mouths and note irregularities
• Assist the orthodontist during procedures (adjust braces, place appliances)
• Manage and update patient records
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
• Sterilize instruments before and after use
• Follow safety and infection control protocols
• Complete aligner procedures (attachments, adjustments, scans)
• Complete full arch bonding and bonding of fixed retainers
• Debonding and rebonding of brackets
• Use various digital scanners
• Make clear retainers
• Deliver expanders, space maintainers, and Forsus appliances
• If traveling to another clinic, perform all duties and administrative tasks there
• Participate in marketing events
• Other tasks as assigned

• 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience
• Availability on Saturdays
• High School Diploma or GED
• Certificate of completion for orthodontic assistant courses (preferred)
• Ability to learn quickly and efficiently
• Multitasking skills
• Professional, organized, and detail‑oriented
• Excellent communication skills

• Monday–Wednesday 8:45 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Thursday & Friday 6:45 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• Two Saturdays per month

• Travel availability to Menomonee Falls
