  Part time – 2 days / week, working up to Full time after 6 months - 1 year
• Compensation:
  Percentage of collections with bonuses beyond salary
• CE: annual stipend provided

• Facility call outs- great location in the heart of a shopping district in Middleton, located in the Financial One building
• Operatories: 10 Fully-functional operatories, doctor lab, sterilization center
• Technology:
  Fully-digital office, upgraded computer hard-ware, computers in each operatory, digital x-ray and CBCT, intraoral scanner and in-house mill (Cerec)
• Support Staff highly-skilled clinical team consists of 3 dental hygienists, 2 trained Dental Assistants and fully-staffed front desk to ensure you have the support you need to seamlessly exceed your goals
• Unique/Historic selling points: practice has been established for many years and moved into this beautiful location 4 years ago
