Architectural Project Manager

EUA is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to oversee all phases of project delivery and client accounts, ensuring technical excellence, business viability, and strong interpersonal relationships. The role requires leadership, mentoring of design staff, and collaboration with Studio Director, Client Executive, or Practice Leader on objectives, critical issues, and policy matters.

• Manage and administer multiple projects of varying scope and complexity.
• Oversee client contact, contracts, scheduling, and financial health of projects.
• Ensure all project tasks are performed and integrated across design, interior, and technical disciplines.
• Conduct design and aesthetic reviews of spaces.
• Prepare and review implementation/technical documents for all project phases.
• Maintain code compliance and apply EUA standards and processes.
• Leverage Revit for design coordination and document delivery.
• Work side‑by‑side with the team, delegating responsibilities appropriately.
• Mentor and guide Project Architects, Design Architects, Interior Designers, and other team members.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Licensed Architect (or equivalent) expected to stamp project drawings.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in architecture or related industry.
• Strong technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with its strengths and limitations.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Knowledge of code compliance and architectural standards.

Annual base salary: $85,000 – $125,000, based on skills and experience.
