Threshold Builds is an architecture+build firm inspired to create thriving cultures in our buildings that are built inspired towards a regenerative future. We are interested in creating architecturally bold spaces that are comfortable, efficient, durable, healthy, contribute to community, and are ecologically regenerative. Working predominantly on multi-family buildings, churches, community and cultural centers; a large part of our work focuses on how we can strengthen the sense of belonging in a building and the communities they serve.

Our next step as a company is to add a member to our design studio. This is for someone who would like to explore the intersection of sustainable design and spaces to promote communal experiences. Threshold is committed to change the built environment towards the heart forward, regenerative future we all know is needed.

If you have been managing large projects and know there could be a more inspiring way to spend resources, but can’t change the system you are in. If you know our community needs to find affordable, regenerative and sustainable options in our spaces – and want to be a part of a team ready to do whatever it takes to find them.

• Engage in a team made up of Architects, development managers, project managers and superintendents in the same room.
• Collaborate on all aspects of design and architectural services
• Maintain an agreed upon design schedule with milestones
• Work in Revit
• Work in spreadsheets for schedules
• Engage construction project management software to respond to RFIs + Submittals

• Experience in a commercial design studio, ideally in multifamily or commercial projects.
• A passion for creating efficient and sustainable buildings.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset with a commitment to teamwork and shared success.
