We are seeking a full‑time Healthcare Design Project Architect | Manager to join our team on‑site in Madison, WI. The individual in this role will lead and coordinate architectural design projects from inception to completion.

• Develop design concepts and manage project schedules.
• Prepare submittals and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality results.
• Oversee progress and ensure compliance with applicable codes, client standards, and sustainability targets.

• Expertise in architecture and project management with demonstrated experience in planning, designing, and overseeing projects.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and handling design documentation such as submittals.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED practices.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Licensure as a registered architect or working toward licensure; NCARB certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in healthcare or senior living project design and delivery is preferred.
