We are seeking a Design Professional – Architecture & Interiors to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about interiors, curious about architecture, and motivated to contribute across multifamily, mixed-use, and residential projects. We’re looking for a designer who wants their work to align with purpose, who values collaboration, and who is drawn to design as a way to support human and ecological well‑being.

• Supporting interior and architectural design from early concept through construction and occupancy
• Developing design presentations, drawings, finish schedules, and FF&E documentation
• Selecting furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials aligned with design intent, budget, and schedule
• Managing FF&E procurement, logistics, installation, and vendor coordination
• Collaborating closely with architecture, development, and construction teams
• Participating in site walks, construction coordination, and design problem‑solving
• Contributing to sustainability initiatives, material reuse, and thoughtful design solutions

• 3–8+ years of professional design experience (flexible based on demonstrated ability)
• Strong design judgment paired with technical curiosity
• Proficiency in Revit (preferred), AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative mindset

• Designing spaces that are human‑centered, functional, and beautiful
• Building a culture rooted in curiosity, accountability, and kindness
• Creating work that positively impacts people, place, and community
