Project Architect

Iconica is looking for a talented Project Architect to bring vision, leadership, and creativity to our projects.

We are seeking an experienced design professional to lead projects from concept through completion. The Project Architect will translate client goals into creative, practical design solutions while providing leadership and direction to project teams throughout all phases of the design and construction process.

• Lead project teams from inception through completion, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
• Oversee the development of construction documents, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Lead client presentations and meetings, communicating design concepts, project progress, and recommendations.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited university.
• Licensed Architect in Wisconsin; NCARB certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of commercial design experience, including conceptual design, schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration.
• Proven experience leading and coordinating project teams.
• Proficiency in Revit and Enscape; experience with Bluebeam and Master Spec is a plus.
• Experience with Procore preferred.
• Strong leadership, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
