Physician – MD/DO – Cardiothoracic Surgeon

We are seeking a skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our established and growing practice in Madison, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and fellowship‑trained surgeons to build a thriving practice while working alongside experienced, tenured staff in a collaborative environment.

• Case Mix: 80% cardiac procedures, 20% thoracic procedures
• 2024 Volume:
  • 600 cardiac patient procedures
  • 150 thoracic patient procedures
  • 150 TAVR procedures
• Call
  
  Schedule:
  
  1:4 weekend call rotation
• Technology:
  Robotic surgery capabilities on‑site
• Support:
  Work with a dedicated first assist group
• ICU Coverage:
  Intensivist‑managed ICU care
