Seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician (MD or DO) for a 25‑bed critical access hospital in Shell Lake, WI. The role involves working 4 weekdays weekly in outpatient clinics, rotating ER call (4‑6 nights/month, weekend rotation every 4th/5th week), and hospital rounding.

• Diagnose and treat patients, including test interpretation and management.
• Collaborate with staff and coordinate care.
• Participate in hospital rounding and ER call rotations.

• U.S. board certification in Family Medicine (MD or DO).
• Valid Wisconsin medical license (or in pursuit).
• DEA registration and certifications in BLS, ACLS. ATLS required; PALS and CALS preferred.
• Commitment to 4 weekdays per week with periodic ER call.

• Salary: $280,000+ per year.
