Job Description

SSM Health is seeking a Child & Adolescent Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our highly collaborative and well‑established Behavioral Health team in Madison, Wisconsin. • 12 Psychiatrists (10 adult/child psychiatrists and 6 APNPs)
• 35+ Psychotherapists (Master's Therapists and Psychologists)
• A supportive, multidisciplinary environment designed for excellent patient care

• 4–5 day flexible workweek (full‑time)
• 32 patient contact hours (full‑time)
• Flexible FTE: 80–100%
• No nightly call;
  Telepsych covers 5 p.m.–8 a.m.
• Hybrid model with in‑person and virtual options
• Night call rotation every 16–18 days (primarily weeknights)
• Rotational weekend inpatient rounding with additional stipend
• Outreach opportunities available
• Generous sign‑on bonus
• Medication management‑focused outpatient practice
• Dedicated Child & Adolescent patient population

• M.D. or D.O.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
• Active and unrestricted WI license (or eligibility)
• Active and unrestricted DEA
