• Inpatient and clinic-based cardiovascular disease management on an on-site basis in Madison, Wisconsin
• Utilizes EPIC EMR for patient documentation and care coordination
• Support staff includes three APPs

Responsibilities

• Provide non-invasive cardiovascular coverage across inpatient and clinic settings
• Perform inpatient rounding
• Conduct clinic visits
• Perform diagnostic reads
• Provide call coverage as part of the assignment schedule

Shift & Schedule
