SSM Health offers a flexible, full-time Family Medicine physician opportunity at the SSM Health Madison East Clinic. This role allows clinicians to join a professional, cordial team of quality- and mission-driven physicians and advanced practitioners in a multi-specialty setting. Providers will enjoy an outpatient practice with limited phone call responsibilities, a supportive work environment, and a competitive compensation package.
Practice Info
- SSM Health Madison East Clinic
- Multi-specialty clinic setting with 18 specialties represented
- Onsite urgent care, pharmacy, x-ray, and lab
- Partner with St. Mary's Hospitalist team for any inpatient needs
- 100% Outpatient practice
- 9 physicians and 9 APP's located at the Family Medicine clinic
Compensation
- Competitive two-year salary guarantee
- Competitive compensation package
- Generous sign-on bonus
- $10,000 for relocation if applicable

Shift & Schedule
- .8-1.0 fte
- Limited call - Shared phone call schedule w/ RN triage: 1 call every 45 days, phone call only, no hospital admissions
