Child and Adolescent Outpatient Psychiatrist

SSM Health is seeking a Child & Adolescent Outpatient Psychiatrist to join their well-established Behavioral Health team in Madison, Wisconsin. This role offers a flexible schedule, strong system support, and a collaborative multidisciplinary environment designed for excellent patient care. Practice Info

• Behavioral Health department includes 12 psychiatrists and 35+ psychotherapists in a multidisciplinary environment
• Hybrid model with in-person and virtual options
• Medication management-focused outpatient practice
• Dedicated Child & Adolescent patient population

Responsibilities

• Rotational weekend inpatient rounding

Compensation

• Generous sign-on bonus
• Additional stipend for rotational weekend inpatient rounding

Shift & Schedule

• 4-5 day flexible workweek (full-time)
• 32 patient contact hours (full-time)
• Flexible FTE: 80-100%
• No nightly call;
  Telepsych covers 5 p.m.
  
  -8 a.m.
• Night call rotation every 16-18 days (primarily weeknights)

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
• Active and unrestricted WI license (or eligibility)
• Active and unrestricted DEA
