OB​/GYN Nocturnist

SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - Madison is seeking an OB/GYN Nocturnist to join a collaborative and well-supported labor and delivery program in Madison, Wisconsin. This role involves working night shifts in a team-based setting with strong nursing and ancillary support. Clinicians will handle labor and delivery care alongside a dedicated Certified Nurse Midwife and 24/7 on-call physician support.

• Collaborative, well-supported labor and delivery program
• Average 3-5 deliveries per day
• Approximately 5 GYN emergencies per week
• Dedicated Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) on shift for assistance
• OB/GYN physician on call 24/7
• Team-based, collegial setting with strong nursing and ancillary support
• 440-bed hospital that offers a full range of inpatient and outpatient treatment and diagnostic services
• American College of Surgeons-verified Level II Trauma Center
• Joint Commission-certified Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center
• Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Shift & Schedule

• 10 p.m.
  
  -8 am shift
• 7 nights on/7 nights off

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Preference for 3+ years of experience, but new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
• Eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin
