As an Engineering for Kids Coach, it will be your responsibility to inspire your students while delivering quality education to them. You will be trained on the Engineering for Kids curriculum and given the tools to provide personalized instruction.

We are currently looking for STEM coaches with exceptional leadership skills that we can train to lead our summer camp programs.

• Teaching the Engineering for Kids programs
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the classes, controlling inventory, building objects in curriculum while managing assistant teachers and students
• Developing rapport with parents and students and establishing a fun learning environment
• Communicating student's successes and challenges to the Program Manager
• Maintaining a positive attitude and demonstrating enthusiasm for teaching our curriculum

• Available to work 8:00-4:00 Mon-Fri throughout the summer (June 13 through Aug 12)

• Reliable transportation
• Must obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Preference given to those with experience as an educator, trainer, and those currently pursuing a degree in education or engineering.

• Experience in computer science, programming, robotics or Minecraft preferred

• Previous experience or education in early childcare/early elementary preferred or...
• Pursuing degree in early elementary education

Engineering For Kids is a STEM based program to provide hands‑on, project‑based learning programs for children from PreK4 - 8th grade. We are passionate about our programs because we believe that early exposure to STEM education has a lasting impact on a child's future.

• Encourage kids to discover how things work, after all, engineering is the connector — it pulls together all other disciplines, making math and science relevant
• Help children build critical thinking and problem‑solving skills; improves creativity, and creates independent thinkers
• Are designed to offer an exciting, HANDS‑ON experience with STEM related projects.
• Are designed by teachers to meet and exceed specific national standards in STEM:
  Science (NSES), Technology & Engineering (ITEEA), and Mathematics (NCTM)
• Provide the most comprehensive Engineering Programs in WNY (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Marine, Robotics, Coding, etc)

Compensation: $535.00 - $575.00 per week
