We are seeking a loving and dedicated Infant Toddler Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience

As an Infant Toddler Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where our youngest learners can develop foundational skills, build trust, and begin their lifelong love of learning.

As an Infant Toddler Teacher, You Will
  • Create a safe, loving, and engaging environment that supports infants and toddlers emotional and developmental needs.
  • Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
    , supporting children's growth through play‑based learning experiences.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families through consistent communication and daily updates.
  • Partner with your teaching team and center leadership to ensure smooth classroom routines, curriculum delivery, and positive interactions.
  • Support children's milestones in language, motor, and social‑emotional development with patience and enthusiasm.
Do You
  • Have a genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children?
  • Have at least six months of experience working with infants or toddlers in a professional setting (required)?
  • Hold a high school diploma or GED (required); ECE coursework or degree (preferred)?
  • Believe in creating a calm, safe, and loving space where every child can thrive?
