Program DetailsProgram participants will experience three 6‑month rotations selected based on education backgrounds, professional interests, and aspirations. Time spent in the program is full‑time employment with pay and benefits. After successful completion, participants are transitioned into full‑time regular positions within the organization using a similar selection process based on education, experience, and professional interests.
