Epic - Technical Solutions Engineer, application via Ripple Match

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to build software that serves 305 million patients worldwide. You will collaborate with customers to tackle mission‑critical problems, diagnose issues, design solutions, and oversee implementation across multiple locations and stakeholders.

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues for Epic customers, including leading health systems such as Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, and Kaiser Permanente.
• Identify and design solutions, manage implementation plans, and coordinate across physical locations and stakeholder groups.
• Participate in the testing and validation of solutions in real‑world settings.

• Bachelor’s degree or greater in a related field.
• A history of academic excellence or professional success.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID‑19 vaccination.
