Leidos seeks an Industrial Energy Advisor to support our utility energy‑efficiency program that promotes energy efficiency with industrial facilities located in Wisconsin. This exciting position offers a unique career opportunity for a dynamic person who possesses excellent outreach, technical, communication, and organizational skills to support energy efficiency projects as part of our team.

Candidate would ideally be located within the Madison WI area. Candidate will be supporting areas within Dane County and areas in the Southwestern region of Wisconsin.

• Work within our program team to help manufacturing plants identify efficiency opportunities, calculate energy savings, and estimate efficiency program incentives
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts
• Work closely with facility managers, facility and manufacturing engineers, and energy engineers to encourage energy efficiency investments in their facilities
• Develop relationships with vendors to keep current on energy efficiency technologies and practices
• Provide effective organization and communication for program delivery
• Perform field verification of pre and post installation of energy efficiency measures

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical degree with four plus (4+) years of prior relevant experience in industrial environments OR Master's degree in engineering or related technical degree with two plus (2+) years of prior relevant experience
• May consider additional years of prior relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Self‑starter and self‑motivated
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Share Point
• This position requires a valid driver's license and physical ability to perform field verification of pre and post installation of energy efficiency measures

• Seven plus (7+) years of relevant experience in energy management with industrial manufacturing

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $
