Structural Team Lead

A leading engineering consulting firm with over 50 years of experience is seeking a Structural Team Lead to drive future structural design solutions in Madison, Wisconsin. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse commercial projects while fostering client relationships and contributing to business growth.

• Project management and oversight, including setting priorities and managing budgets
• Actively participate in the design process for diverse commercial building projects, including healthcare, education, hospitality, multi‑family, and more
• Serve as a technical resource for the structural team and mentor junior engineers
• Contribute to business development through proposals and client presentations

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's with Structural focus preferred)
• Over 8 years of experience in structural design of buildings
• PE license in Wisconsin (licensure in additional states a bonus)
• Project management experience
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to lead teams and interact with clients
• Experience with business development is a plus
