Vernon County is seeking a Highway Engineer to design, coordinate, and survey highway and bridge maintenance and construction projects. The role requires planning daily activities under the Highway Commissioner’s direction within Vernon County.
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and preferably PE certification plus four years of highway engineering experience. A Bridge Inspection Certificate is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.
