We are seeking enthusiastic Entry Level Event Staff to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our events team, you will work alongside seasoned professionals to ensure that our events run smoothly and meet our high standards of excellence.

Compensation: $48,000 - $52,000 per year.

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces including furniture, audiovisual equipment, and decor.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during events.
• Coordinate with vendors and caterers to ensure timely delivery and execution of event services.
• Help with registration and check-in processes for attendees, including managing guest lists and distributing materials.
• Monitor event activities to ensure everything runs according to the schedule, reporting any issues to the Event Manager.
• Facilitate the smooth flow of guests and activities throughout the event, ensuring a positive experience for all.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by events.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software as needed.
