Party Coordinator

Join the Urban Air Adventure Parks as a Party Coordinator.

The Party Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire birthday party department, acting as the first point of contact for guests and designing custom party experiences that combine food, drinks, and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or other group events. They also train party staff members and manage all birthday operations.

• Serve as the first point of contact for all party guests and coordinate party planning.
• Design custom party packages combining food, drinks, attractions, and activities.
• Train, coach, and supervise party staff.
• Ensure party management system procedures are followed and guest experience is excellent.
• Follow up with guests after events to confirm satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Represent Urban Air with fun and energy, promoting party packages and upselling offerings.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to drive revenue and achieve financial targets.
• Actively identify and resolve conflicts quickly and fairly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
